Visit Accra
The capital city of Ghana is Accra. This urban area has a population of over four million people and it is a very vibrant and exciting city. Most visitors to this area will spend most of their time at nearby Labadi Beach. It is also worth spending some time in the city because there are plenty of interesting things to see and do here. Shopaholics will want to check out the local markets, and there is some great nightlife.
Visit Cape Coast
The city of Cape Coast is a popular stopping off point for people planning to visit Kakum National Park. There are plenty of interesting things to see and do in this city. Tourists tend to spend most of their time here at the local beach; this is a laidback place during the day and lively party spot at night. Cape Coast Castle is a UNESCO World Heritage site and this is well worth a visit.

The capital of Upper East Ghana, with some vibrant villages in the local region. The Tongo Hills, Tengzug Shrine and the Tomb of Naa Bbewaa are all located in the surrounding area.
Elmina is a city located in the south of the country. Here you will find the oldest European settlement in Africa, Elmina Castle, built in the 15th century.

Kumasi is widely seen as a cultural centre in Ghana, boasting attractions such Asantehene’s Palace and a number of museums, including the Manhyia Palace Museum.

Located in the north of the country, this city is an interesting blend of modern and traditional, with modern buildings sitting alongside traditional mud huts. Mole National Park is close to Tamale.

Wa is a city located in the Upper West region of Ghana. You will find plenty to occupy here, including the Wa Na Palace, the Wicchau hippo sanctuary and the central mosque.
