6 Best Beaches to Visit in 2017

While the summer may be nearing its end, you are by no means to swear off visiting some of the best beaches in the world this year. If you are looking for just a bit of inspiration for your travels, or just want to imagine yourself lying on perfect sand, with the waves just touching your toes, here is a short but sweet list of the best beaches you can choose to visit this year.
Wherever you decide to go, remember to bring the weather with you, and pack a spirit of adventure as well! Vacation time is all about having fun, embracing the sun, and making a bunch of new memories, so don’t stress about anything, and enjoy every minute of it!

Fly down to Fiji
A collection of around 300 islands located in the South Pacific, Fiji is simply a dreamy destination. You can visit a different beach every single day, and still not see them all while you are there. You might soon be tempted to move there, the beaches are so wonderful. Some of them, to make a note of visiting, are: Natadola Beach, located on the main island of Vita Levu. It is great if you are a fan of snorkeling. You can also swim whatever the time of day you find yourself there. The Liku Beach on Tokiroki Island is another must. You will be able to enjoy the views, as well as the waters.
Bask in the Bahamas
There are about 700 islands in the Bahamas, so you will have even more choice if you choose to visit this Atlantic beauty. When you think of the Bahamas, you naturally think of sunsets and white sand, but there is much more to the islands than basking in the sunshine. You can go diving or snorkeling, and many of the lux hotels also offer their own private beaches and private beach activities. Also, the Bahamas are famous for the near-perfect weather year-round, so there truly is no wrong time to pay them a visit.
The beauty of Bora Bora
There is admittedly less of Bora Bora than there is of the Bahamas, but this gem in the French Polynesia is a favorite haunt of many a beach-lover. It is famous as being the most romantic island in the world, and a honeymooner’s paradise. It has been crowned the world’s most beautiful collection of islands several times over. The coast itself is only 18 miles long, but there is much beauty that can fit into that amount of sand. Matira Beach is one of the most famous ones on the islands, but there is also a turtle sanctuary you should visit, as well as shark feeding to attend. You can rent an overwater bungalow, and enjoy the marine life right under your bed!
Cruise down to the Canaries
The Canary Islands may be famous for several things, and the beaches are among the top ten. We suggest staying on Gran Canaria, the largest of the islands. It boasts 230 kilometers of coastline, and the beaches along it are breathtaking. You can find sandy beaches and rocky coves aplenty. Some of the ones you need to hit are the Playa Del Ingles, and the San Agustin. Book yourself a stay on Gran Canaria, and soak up as much of the sun as you can.
Head on out to Hawaii
Hawaii seems to make it onto every best beach list, doesn’t it? A surfer’s paradise, and home to some of the undeniably best waves in the world, the fiftieth state has much to offer. If you are in the mood to explore, make sure you check out some of the inland as well, where you can go hiking, horseback riding, or simply explore at your own pace. You should make it a point of visiting Waipio beach, with its black sand. If you want to learn to surf, make sure you choose one of the quieter beaches. The instructors are also great, so you will be standing up on your board in no time.

Enjoy your beach time while you can – winter is coming, as George Martin would have us believe, so enjoying your time in the sun now will keep you going when November hits us. Happy travels!
